By installing or using Teygo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Teygo.
Teygo provides an autonomous dropshipping platform that connects to your Shopify store and operates AI agents to manage product sourcing, pricing, order fulfilment, and marketing on your behalf. You remain responsible for your Shopify store, your products, your customer relationships, and compliance with all applicable laws.
You authorise Teygo to access your Shopify store via the Shopify API with the scopes shown during installation. You may revoke this access at any time via your Shopify admin or by deleting your Teygo account.
Teygo charges a flat monthly subscription fee with no revenue share. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time � cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may not use Teygo to sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products; violate Shopify's Terms of Service; attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Teygo platform; or circumvent any usage limits or access controls.
Teygo is provided as is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Teygo in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with notice where reasonably practicable. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
