Teygo is operated by Alfred Muthunathan trading as Teygo. We provide an autonomous dropshipping platform that connects to Shopify stores via the Shopify API. Contact: privacy@teygo.io
When you connect your Shopify store to Teygo, we access and store the following data via the Shopify API:
We do not access or store payment card details, Shopify Payments credentials, or customer financial data.
We use your data solely to provide the Teygo service: running autonomous agents on your behalf, routing orders to dropshipping suppliers, syncing tracking information back to your Shopify store, generating performance reports, and sending transactional emails about your store activity. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
We retain your data for as long as your Teygo account is active. When you delete your account, your store data and agent logs are deleted within 30 days. Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with UK financial regulations. We revoke all Shopify API access tokens immediately upon account deletion.
Teygo integrates with: Shopify (store data access via OAuth), CJ Dropshipping (order fulfilment), Avasam (UK supplier fulfilment), AliExpress DS API (product sourcing), Stripe (subscription billing), Supabase (encrypted database hosting in EU West region), and Anthropic (AI agent reasoning � no personal data is sent to Anthropic).
As a UK/EU data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@teygo.io. We will respond within 30 days.
All Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Our database is hosted in the EU West region with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
Teygo uses only strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
